學校地理位置：

 

學校坐落在波士頓以西大概1個半小時的一個小鎮(zhèn)上，其實周邊還有好幾所私立寄宿學校，如Bement，Deerfield，EagleBrook，大學也有好幾所非常好的文理學院，不過這些跟這個學校本身的學術和質量沒有必然關系。

 

學校特色：

校園門口就有一個非常大的馬場，就了解應該是新英格蘭地區(qū)馬術非常強的一所學校，很多的國際學生，包括中國大陸的學生都非常愿意去上這一門不一樣的體育課程。另外這個學校的舞蹈和辯論算是比較有特色的科目，在學生給的校園游中多次提到。

 

思德博翰女子學校是一所走讀和寄宿制女子高中，也是新英格蘭地區(qū)馬術非常強的一所學校，為學生提供7到12年級的課程。

 

學校學術信息：

 

學校規(guī)模比較小，學生的個人關注度較高。

 

學校2014年共有學生160位，近40%的國際學生，其中來自中國的學生有25位左右，主要集中在高年級?？倢W生中30%走讀生和70%寄宿生。

 

學校要求申請7-9年級的國際學生提托福Jr.成績，申請其他年級需要托福成績。學校不要求必須提供SSAT成績。

 

學校更希望學生到校園面試，也可通過Skype進行面試。

 

學校的最大特點是IB課程學校，不提供AP課程。IB課程體系在選校時廣度會有所增大，學生可以根據(jù)選課多少決定拿到Diploma或Certificate。平均SAT分在1800分左右。
