------------美國簽證辦理辦理流程與費用--------------

(1)簽證申請費收據(jù)

前往中信銀行，在預(yù)約機選擇“出國金融服務(wù)”領(lǐng)號，等到了前臺直接說你要辦理F-1簽證預(yù)約，遞交護照，買電話卡(分54元12分鐘和36元8分鐘兩種，此電話卡用來電話預(yù)約簽證時間，我買的是54元的但是預(yù)約結(jié)束發(fā)現(xiàn)8分鐘完全夠用了)，交錢走人。

(2)需要攜帶的材料

人民幣、護照

(3)需要繳納的金額

1024元預(yù)約金+54元電話卡+3元交通費=1081元。

打印的SEVIS費收據(jù)。

SEVIS全稱Student and Exchange Visitor Information System(學(xué)生和交流學(xué)者信息系統(tǒng))，是一個存儲現(xiàn)在美國的國際學(xué)生和交流學(xué)者信息的網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)庫。

根據(jù)美國公共法案的第641章，D部分的104-208條法令，擬申請F1，F(xiàn)3，J1，M1或者M3非移民簽證的每一位外國人均需繳納200美元的Sevis費用，用于數(shù)據(jù)庫的日常維護。這個費用在網(wǎng)上填填表格就弄好了。

200美元SEVIS費+0.2元打印費。

(6)DS-160確認信息頁

這是一份冗長無比的網(wǎng)上預(yù)簽證系統(tǒng)，你需要填寫很多你看似circumlocution但美國人任務(wù)很重要的必須要走過流程的東西。

------------美國簽證面試官最注重的問題------------

一、學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)目的是否明確

簽證官在初審學(xué)生材料并面試學(xué)生時，首先考慮的問題就是學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機。這個問題包括申請者對專業(yè)的認識問題，為什么要去美國而不繼續(xù)在中國完成學(xué)業(yè)以及在美國想學(xué)習(xí)什么。很多學(xué)生都喜歡說到美國留學(xué)是因為美國的教育環(huán)境好，專業(yè)強，在美國學(xué)習(xí)能提升自己的能力。可是這樣的回答無法突出申請者的個性特點，空洞無力，只會讓簽證官認為該申請者對未來沒有明確的規(guī)劃。

為了讓簽證官相信你有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的和計劃，你的回答必須要結(jié)合自身的實際情況以及所學(xué)專業(yè)的特點和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，同時還要結(jié)合未來的應(yīng)用前景來向簽證官闡明出國理由，消除簽證官對你的疑慮。針對簽證官對這個方面的考察，簽證面試中有三個部分可以對簽證官的移民傾向判斷給予有利的回擊。這些方面是：通過專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)獲得的認識，在中國學(xué)習(xí)遇到的問題以及在美國學(xué)習(xí)可以獲得的優(yōu)勢。

二、學(xué)生畢業(yè)后能夠按期回國

簽證官最后一個考察因素就是學(xué)生是否有移民傾向，是否畢業(yè)后能夠按期回國。

一般人會誤以為在面試中表示出對美國的不屑或說明自己是獨生子女就能夠排除移民傾向。其實不然，美國簽證官在這方面的判斷主要考察學(xué)生在國內(nèi)的社會地位、家庭狀況和社會關(guān)系等，以及學(xué)生留學(xué)期間所選擇的專業(yè)。換句話說，如果學(xué)生在美國的狀況不是很理想，那么學(xué)生就會考慮回到國內(nèi)發(fā)展，而不會選擇繼續(xù)呆在美國艱難地尋求發(fā)展，這是簽證官最希望看到的。

學(xué)生在自我介紹的時候要把自身和家庭情況詳細表述，簽證官更希望看到學(xué)生在國內(nèi)的社會地位和社會關(guān)系能夠成為連接中美關(guān)系的紐帶。一般說來，申請美國商科專業(yè)的學(xué)生更容易獲得美國簽證，這是因為申請商科的學(xué)生家庭一般經(jīng)濟狀況較好，另外根據(jù)以往的經(jīng)驗，商科的學(xué)生更傾向于回國發(fā)展。

三、是否有能力支付全部費用

美國簽證官還需要考察學(xué)生的財務(wù)狀況。即學(xué)生是否有足夠的資金來支持美國留學(xué)，而不會非法打工或給美國社會帶來負擔(dān)。

由于美國使館沒有關(guān)于學(xué)生所需留學(xué)擔(dān)保金的具體規(guī)定，一般來說留學(xué)生需要準備至少一年的留學(xué)資金，并且有持續(xù)資金的支持才可以。對于中國學(xué)生來說，資金問題是阻礙大多數(shù)留美學(xué)生的主要因素。

美國簽證對于學(xué)生保證金的存期沒有明確的要求。資金存期長固然方便簽證官相信資金的合法來源，但是只要解釋得通，也一樣會有說服力。尤其是當(dāng)前大量金融理財產(chǎn)品勢頭強勁，很少有家長會把大額資金長期存在銀行，有的家長在孩子簽證前一個月或者更短時間才準備好存款，簽證官同樣順利給了孩子簽證。“需要提醒大家的是，即使美國簽證對資金要求較寬松，有條件的話也最好能在專業(yè)留學(xué)機構(gòu)的指導(dǎo)下準備資金。”

四、是否有能力在美國完成學(xué)業(yè)

學(xué)生具備足夠的學(xué)習(xí)能力是簽證官考察的另外一個重要因素。

在申請美國留學(xué)的時候，在學(xué)校的材料清單里面會有一個DCF表格，學(xué)校要求這個的原因是需要證明學(xué)生有能力完成學(xué)業(yè)，是來這里學(xué)習(xí)的，而不是以留學(xué)的名義來做其他的事情。

即便學(xué)生有足夠的資金支持，而且有很強的學(xué)習(xí)欲望，但是如果學(xué)生的個人學(xué)習(xí)能力達不到一定的程度，簽證官還是不會給學(xué)生發(fā)放簽證。簽證官通過考察學(xué)生的語言成績、在國內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)成績以及美國大學(xué)所選專業(yè)類別等來決定學(xué)生是否有能力完成學(xué)業(yè)。

實際上，在美國的大多中國留學(xué)生，他們最大的共同感受就是，在美國大學(xué)就讀很自由，但完成學(xué)業(yè)并不輕松。美國高校的教學(xué)體系主要分為基礎(chǔ)課和專業(yè)課兩個階段，實行學(xué)分制，每個專業(yè)都會注明要在完成多少學(xué)分以及哪些基礎(chǔ)課程之后，才能選讀。進入專業(yè)課階段，同樣有多門選修課，并且每門課都有相應(yīng)的學(xué)分。

-----------美國留學(xué)簽證被拒簽要如何應(yīng)對-----------------

美國留學(xué)簽證拒簽后怎么辦

對于拒簽后再申請，應(yīng)注意各領(lǐng)館的再申請規(guī)定。例如，規(guī)定每周哪天受理再申請件，或要等6個月后才能再申請等。如申請人被拒簽，你應(yīng)等到能夠提供具有說服力的新材料時，再向本地區(qū)的美國領(lǐng)事館提出申請。如沒有新的申請材料，就沒必要再次提出申請，否則將會再次面臨被拒簽的結(jié)果。美國留學(xué)簽證面試最好提前模擬現(xiàn)場

---------美國留學(xué)簽證被拒的補救措施-------------

拒簽后可以預(yù)約新一次簽證面試。留學(xué)專家指出，目前美國學(xué)生簽證總體通過情況良好，但也有不少準備不充分導(dǎo)致不能順利拿到簽證的學(xué)生。申請美國簽證的學(xué)生需要注意各領(lǐng)館領(lǐng)區(qū)的劃分，如某位學(xué)生護照的簽發(fā)地為北京，但學(xué)生平時常住地在上海，在去上海領(lǐng)館簽證時，忘記攜帶自己的房產(chǎn)證和戶口本因此無法證明自己的常住地是上海，而被拒簽。

美國留學(xué)簽證拒簽再簽分析
